Applications
Automotive: Widely used for various auto components such as fuel system parts, gears, sunroof components, door handles, and gears.
Industrial & Mechanical Engineering: Used for bearings, bushings, gears, and moving components because of its low friction and high wear resistance.
Electrical & Electronics: Applied in connectors, battery compartments, sockets, and small housings due to its excellent dimensional stability.
Consumer Goods: Zippers, locks, buttons, control knobs, and other mechanical parts in appliances such as coffeemakers, washing machines, and dishwashers.

Available Form & Grades
- Homopolymer (POM-H) – Offers higher crystallinity and therefore is better when it comes to tensile strength and creep resistance.
- Copolymer (POM-C) – Enhanced in chemical and thermal stability, copolymer is slightly softer and has better impact strength.
- Glass-filled Grades – With increased rigidity and wear resistance, glass-filled polyacetal is used for machine manifolds, bushings, and impellers.
- Food-Contact Grades (upon request) – Available according to EU 10/2011 for use in food processing and packaging.
Available in sheets, rods, and granules with custom forms available upon request.
